Gate Golf Club is seeking a 1st Assistant Golf Professional to assist the Director of Golf with the launch and daily management of operations, including the golf shop, tee sheet, practice facilities, Golf Academy, and events. The role emphasizes leadership, instruction, merchandising, and superb guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have prior golf operations leadership, PGA affiliation or pursuit, and strong communication.

Competenze

• Provide leadership and supervision across golf operations and staff.
• Oversee guest services, tee sheet, and practice facilities to optimize flow.
• Support Golf Academy, instruction, and player development initiatives.
• Maintain shop procedures, inventory, POS, and event coordination.

• Manage daily golf operations and guest services.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop staff.
• Oversee tee sheet activity, pace of play, carts, and practice facilities.
• Support the Golf Academy programming, operations, instruction, and growth.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory, POS, and product receiving.
• Plan and execute tournaments, outings, leagues, and clinics.
• Provide instruction and junior programming.
• Support development of Golf Academy programs for all players.
• Maintain GHIN records and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with F&B, marketing, maintenance, and leadership.
