Our Division of Regional Ocean Forecasting Systems (ROFS), part of the Institute for Earth System Predictions, seeks a new Operations & DevOps Software Engineer to support our ocean forecasting activities. The position is based in Lecce, Italy.

The Operations & DevOps Software Engineer will be responsible for operational procedures related to ocean forecasting systems, including monitoring and managing data repositories.
Preferred skills include knowledge of HPC architectures, workflow management platforms (Cylc, Luigi), NetCDF data management, containerization tools (Docker, Singularity), and system administration. Fluency in English is required.
