Il Dexia Group sta cercando un junior legal specialist per la sua filiale di Roma. Questa posizione prevede la gestione delle transazioni e delle relazioni con le istituzioni pubbliche italiane, oltre a supportare nella gestione di controversie legali. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in giurisprudenza e un'esperienza pregressa nel settore legale.

Competenze

• Laurea in Giurisprudenza finale da università riconosciuta; preferibile superamento dell'esame di stato.
• Due a tre anni di esperienza professionale in diritto italiano.

• Supportare il legale locale nella gestione di controversie complesse.

The Dexia Group, a former banking group under orderly resolution since 2012, with its main establishments in Brussels and Paris and branches in Ireland, the United States, and Rome, is looking for a junior legal specialist for its Rome branch.

The junior legal specialist will be tasked with managing transactions and relationships with Italian public-sector institutions, including related disputes.

This position based in Rome is for a temporary contract. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's relevant experience.

Responsibilities :

• Support the local legal counsel in managing complex disputes involving Italian and UK judicial authorities, related to financing and swap transactions with Italian public-sector institutions.
• Manage relationships with external lawyers.
• Assess the legal impacts of the branch’s activities.
• Provide internal reports on the status of disputes.
• Prepare documentation for the branch’s decision-making bodies and central authorities regarding relevant legal matters.
• Ensure all legal acts connected with the branch’s activities are accurate and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications :

• Final Italian Law Degree from a reputable university; passing the bar exam is preferred.
• Two to three years of professional experience, ideally in a law practice or multinational company in a similar role involving Italian law.
• Solid knowledge of Italian administrative, civil, and procedural law.
• Excellent Italian speaking and writing skills; advanced English proficiency (French is a plus).
• Proficiency with common software suites.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a customer-focused approach, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.
