Weare hiring Sales Operations Analysts to join a team of experts whohelp Canonical sales teams achieve their business goals. The SalesOperations team drives continuous process and data quality improvementto ensure orders are processed correctly. The successful candidatewill be a leader who shows initiative in improving the way the teamworks, maintaining compliance and associated governance.

Thesuccess of the role is measured against increasing the velocity ofdeals and the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dataused to drive key business decisions. The ideal candidate will be aproactive problem solver and team player who is passionate about theopportunity to partner with sales leadership and will design and driveprograms in support of Canonical's continued success.

Location: This role will be based remotely inthe EMEA region.

The role entails:

  • Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of thesales function globally
  • Review opportunities for accuracy andprovision orders on successful closure of a deal
  • Support theSales Operations Manager to improve sales data quality and processes
  • Report on data quality metrics to executive levelstakeholders
  • Implement surveys and define metrics forexecutive level stakeholders
  • Support the sales team globallyon CRM and other sales operations systems
  • Deliver salesmetrics, dashboards, and other ad-hoc analytical tasks
  • Leadautomation and streamline the Lead to Order process

What we are looking for in you:

  • Experience in a sales operations/sales orderprocessing role
  • Experience in a technology subscription-basedbusiness
  • Experience driving data quality improvement
