Start & Go Innovative Solutions is building and growing a new team of IT specialists to develop and implement customized IT solutions for high-profile clients.

We are looking for talented individuals who know how to "play as a team", pursue a dynamic and stimulating career, and actively participate in the development of new ideas to build a solid and creative team.

The company currently has five operational offices in Italy : Siena (Headquarters), Rome, Milan, Bologna, Parma.

Work location : Full-remote with occasional requirements for presence at our offices. Employment can be based in any of the operational locations.

Expected activities

We seek bright individuals with a genuine desire to learn and challenge themselves, who approach and solve problems with innovative solutions (problem solving and "thinking outside the box").

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will participate in activities of one or more projects :

• Developing custom software based on modern technologies, supported by senior colleagues who will guide your growth.
• Engaging in functional analysis and working closely with clients from the start, participating in meetings that will give you comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the project, developing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech Pack : Access to advanced tools and modern technologies, and provided with a latest-generation MacBook.
• A young, dynamic, and stimulating work environment.
• On-the-job training and specialized courses on main operational tools (Node.js, React.js) and industry-related topics. You will be mentored by top sector experts and guided in using cutting-edge technologies to accelerate your growth.

Contract Type

Based on candidate skills, we offer two options :

• If skills assessed during interviews do not align with immediate work autonomy (or up to 1-2 weeks onboarding), an internship (curricular or extracurricular) of up to 6 months will be offered, leading to a permanent employment contract under apprenticeship.
• If skills are aligned with immediate work autonomy (or up to 1-2 weeks onboarding), an immediate permanent apprenticeship contract will be offered.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be included in all contractual arrangements, whether internship or permanent contract. Internships will also be paid.
