Start & Go Innovative Solutions is building and growing a new team of IT specialists to develop and implement customized IT solutions for high-profile clients.

To build a solid and creative team, we are looking for talented individuals who know how to work as a team, pursue a dynamic and stimulating career, and actively participate in developing new ideas.

The company currently has five operational offices in Italy : Siena (Headquarters), Rome, Milan, Bologna, Parma.

Work location : Full-remote with occasional requests for presence at our offices. The hiring location can be at any of our operational sites.

Expected activities

We seek bright individuals with a genuine desire to learn and challenge themselves, who approach and solve problems with innovative solutions (problem solving and "thinking outside the box").

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will participate in activities for one or more projects :

• Developing custom software based on modern technologies, supported by senior colleagues who will guide your growth.
• Engaging in functional analysis and working closely with clients from the start, participating in meetings that provide comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the project, while developing communication and problem-solving skills with senior colleagues.
• Tech Pack : Access to advanced tools and modern technologies, including a latest-generation MacBook.

• On-the-job training and specialized courses on main operational tools (Node.js, React.js) and industry topics. You will be mentored by top experts and guided in using cutting-edge technologies to accelerate your growth.

Contract Type

Based on the candidate's skills, we offer two options :

• If during interviews, skills are assessed as not aligning with immediate work autonomy (or up to 1-2 weeks onboarding), an internship (curricular or extracurricular) of up to 6 months will be offered, leading to a permanent employment contract under apprenticeship.
• If skills are assessed as suitable for immediate work autonomy (or up to 1-2 weeks onboarding), an immediate permanent apprenticeship contract will be offered.

Remuneration

• Remuneration based on experience, applicable to all employment types, including internships, which will also be paid.
