Start & Go Innovative Solutions is building and growing a new team of IT specialists to develop and implement customized IT solutions for high-profile clients.

Currently, the company has five operational offices in Italy: Siena (Headquarters), Rome, Milan, Bologna, and Parma.

Work location: Full-remote with occasional requirements to be present at our offices. The specific work location can be at any of the operational offices.

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will participate in activities for one or more projects:

• Developing custom software based on modern technologies, supported by senior colleagues who will guide your growth.
• Engaging in functional analysis and working closely with clients from the start, participating in meetings that provide comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the project, while developing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech Pack: Access to advanced tools and modern technologies, with a latest-generation MacBook provided.

Contract type:

Based on candidate skills, we offer two options:

• If skills assessed during interviews are not aligned with immediate work autonomy (or up to 1-2 weeks onboarding), a curricular or extracurricular internship of up to 6 months will be offered, leading to a permanent apprenticeship contract.
• If skills are aligned with immediate work autonomy (or up to 1-2 weeks onboarding), an immediate permanent apprenticeship contract will be offered.

Salary:

• Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be provided for each type of contractual arrangement, including paid internships.
