• You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of RBM's ABM's, & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
• You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Candidate Profile

• You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 15-18 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Zonal Sales Manager handling of Multispeciality Segment covering entire Karnataka and Kerala for reputed Pharma listed company.
