Job summary

Meta Infotech in Mumbai seeks a Zscaler SASE Implementation Specialist with extensive hands-on experience to deploy, configure, and support Zscaler solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding in network security, SASE frameworks, and experience working directly with enterprise customers on implementation projects.

The role requires designing high/low level architectures, onboarding sessions, and providing L2/L3 support, along with solid documentation

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in network or cloud security implementations.
• Hands-on with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SASE, Zero Trust and cloud security solutions.
• TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, VPN, and authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth/LDAP).
• Identity management integrations (Okta, Azure AD) familiarity.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Zscaler SASE Implementation Specialist with 25 years of hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and supporting Zscaler solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding in network security, SASE frameworks, and experience working directly with enterprise customers on implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Zscaler Solution Implementation

• Deploy, configure, and optimize Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and related SASE components.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, design HLD / LLD, Scope creation, pre-requisite sharing and support migration from legacy security solutions.
• Integrate Zscaler with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, etc.) using SAML/SCIM.
• Configure proxy rule, firewall rules, SSL inspection, DLP, CASB, and Zscaler Client Connector.
• Implement application access policies and troubleshoot ZPA connectivity issues.

Project Delivery & Support

• Work closely with customers to gather technical requirements and design implementation plans.
• Provide L2/L3 support during and after deployment.
• Perform system validation, testing, and cutover activities.
• Document configurations, design changes, and operational procedures.

Networking & Security Expertise

• Work with routing, switching, VPN, DNS, and firewall technologies.
• Collaborate with security teams to align Zscaler policies with organizational security standards.
• Troubleshoot issues across network, endpoint, and cloud environments.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration baselines.
• Conduct training or knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in network security or cloud security implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA / ZPA (mandatory).
• Good understanding of SASE architecture, Zero Trust, and cloud-based security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, VPN, and authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth/LDAP).
• Familiarity with identity management and integrations (Okta, Azure AD).

Preferred Certifications

• Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCA)
• Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP)
• CCNA / CCNP Security / NSE / PCNSA (optional but beneficial)
