Manager – International Payroll

We are looking for someone to join our growing Global Payroll team as Manager, International Payroll. You will be responsible for Payroll Review and overseeing payroll Compliances for the assigned locations along with managing team and daily payroll activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Payroll, you will:

• Review and process International payrolls with the help of third‑party agencies and provide final approval for payroll filings and disbursements; process payroll on – Dayforce (Ceridian) platform for in‑house locations, reconcile and submit payroll for commit and further payments.
• Ensure that payroll compliances and reporting needs are met, with regional laws, regulations, company policies and controls.
• Manage payroll systems – develop, maintain, and periodic review of payroll processing systems and related enhancement requests; collaborate and liaise with internal and external process stakeholders on process optimization and related tasks and data needs.
• Prepare payroll audit workpapers/PBCs related to payroll for quarterly reviews and the annual audit; manage FloQast reconciliations and checklist tasks with the team at each month and quarter end.
• Participate in the ongoing Finance Transformation/automation programs undertaken by finance payroll teams and any other task and special assignments as and when required.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Post‑Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or other similar streams with 7 to 9 years of payroll processing experience for EMEA/APAC/Latin America locations along with team handling experience.
• Experience handling payroll audits, inspections and compliance assessments.
• Exposure to Payroll System Implementation experience.
• Exposure to NetSuite, Ceridian Dayforce, FloQast and/or Workday.

• Experience with Excel functions such as pivot tables, lookups, if/then statements and ability to work with complex spreadsheets containing large data sets.
