Job summary

Meta Infotech is seeking an experienced Zscaler specialist to administer ZIA and ZPA environments, deploy ZCC and App Connectors, and manage related components across Windows and Linux platforms in India. You will configure policies, authentication, and SAML/SCIM integrations with identity providers while maintaining high security and performance.

The role covers deployments, migrations, upgrades, and production support, including SSL Inspection, PAC file deployment, and VPN-to-ZPA migration.

Qualifications

Experience deploying Enterprise ZIA and ZPA environments.
Deploy ZCC and App Connectors in large-scale networks.
Configure GRE/IPSec/VPN migrations to ZPA.
Implement SAML integration with IdPs.
Coordinate with Zscaler TAC for escalations.

Responsibilities

Administer ZIA policies including URL Filtering, Firewall, SSL Inspection, Sandbox, File Type Control, Bandwidth Control, DNS Control, Cloud App Control, PAC files, GRE/IPSec tunnels, and authentication.
Administer ZPA including Application Segments, Segment Groups, Server Groups, App Connector Groups, Access Policies, Browser Access, Machine Authentication, Application Discovery, and App Connector lifecycle management.
Deploy and manage Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS using Intune, SCCM, Jamf, Workspace ONE, or similar tools.
Integrate Zscaler with Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, Google Workspace, Ping Identity, or ADFS using SAML and SCIM.
Perform production troubleshooting for authentication, SSL, PAC files, tunnels, DNS, certificates, ZCC, App Connectors, and private application access.
Execute deployments, migrations, upgrades, production rollouts, and change requests.
Monitor Zscaler portal health, App Connectors, Log Viewer, Audit Logs, NSS/LSS forwarding, and support SIEM integrations.
Prepare RCA documents and coordinate with Zscaler TAC and customer teams.
