Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in education loan collections across early, mid and late buckets
• Hands‑on knowledge of soft collections, field collections and legal recovery processes
• Proven ability to manage multi‑state operations across South India (TN, KA, AP, TS, KL)
• Experience in handling large field teams, agencies and vendors
• Strong command over collection MIS, dashboards and analytics
• Ability to track and improve collection efficiency, PTP conversion and resolution metrics
• Strong people management and team‑building skills
• Ability to design and execute zonal collection strategies aligned with business goals
