• Drive sales targets and business growth for credit life insurance across the assigned zone.
• Manage and lead branch teams, sales managers, and channel partners to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, NBFCs, DSAs, and other distribution channels.
• Develop strategies to increase policy penetration and improve productivity across branches.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure target achievement.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular branch visits and review meetings with teams and partners.
• Ensure proper implementation of sales processes and company guidelines.
• Train, mentor, and support sales teams on products, sales techniques, and market strategies.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams for smooth policy issuance.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business performance analysis for senior management.
• Handle escalations and resolve partner or customer concerns efficiently.
• Focus on profitability, persistency, and quality of business generation.
