Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in India is seeking a skilled Zoho Trainer cum Developer to optimize Zoho applications and conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure effective use across the organization.

You'll manage Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, Projects and integrate with third-party systems, while developing custom functions and automations using Deluge scripting. The role emphasizes documentation, user support, and staying updated with Zoho features to boost adoption.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Zoho suite experience (CRM, Creator, Books).
• Experience with API integrations and third‑party tools.
• Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Zoho Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to train internal and external stakeholders on Zoho tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
• Basic knowledge of integrations or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities
