Job summary

CBOSITTechnologies is seeking a Zoho Implementation Specialist to join our team of Business Consultants. You will analyze client workflows, identify improvements, and tailor Zoho solutions for optimal efficiency across CRM, Books, Desk, People and other core apps.

From design to deployment, you will own the Zoho implementation lifecycle, provide training, and support to maximize the client’s Zoho experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Zoho implementation experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse, re-engineer, and optimize business workflows.
• Problem solving to identify and resolve roadblocks.
• Agile mindset; eager to learn new technologies.
• Deep understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and customization.
• Team player capable of collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business needs and Zoho solutions; analyze client workflows and tailor Zoho.
• Lead design, development, testing and deployment across the Zoho implementation lifecycle.
• Guide clients with training and ongoing support to maximize Zoho experience.
