Job summary

Loom Solar in India is seeking a Zoho Developer to design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Zoho Creator applications, building forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows.

You will integrate Zoho with CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, and other apps, automate dealer onboarding and sales processes, and translate business requirements into scalable architectures and reusable components.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building Zoho Creator apps.
• Strong Deluge scripting skills.
• Experience integrating Zoho with external systems via REST APIs.

ROLE

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator.
• Create forms, reports, pages, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop complex business logic using Deluge scripting.
• Build role‑based applications with appropriate user permissions.
• Design scalable application architecture and optimize performance and database structure.
• Develop reusable functions and components.
• Integrate Zoho Creator with Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, People, Flow, Desk, Projects, and other internal or third‑party applications.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON/XML, OAuth authentication, and custom APIs.
• Automate business processes such as dealer onboarding, dealer management, sales management, lead management, order management, dispatch tracking, installation/project management, service management, employee workflows, expense and purchase approvals, customer enquiries, lead/login tracking, influencer/partner management, and management reporting.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from sales, operations, finance, HR, service, and management teams.
• Convert business requirements into application specifications, process flows, and architecture designs.
• Identify manual processes suitable for automation and recommend technology solutions.
