Job summary

Think Technology Services is hiring a Zoho/Cloud Solutions Implementation Executive to manage deployments, integrations, and support for Zoho applications across client environments.

The role emphasizes hands‑on Zoho CRM/Desk/Projects/One experience, customer training, and strong troubleshooting skills within a Mumbai base. You’ll engage with clients and internal teams to drive adoption of the Zoho ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 2–5 years of Zoho and Cloud Implementation experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho One / Zoho Projects / Zoho Desk.
• Ability to provide product demos and user training.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and system analysis skills.
• Experience with workflows, automations, and Zoho customizations.
• Good understanding of integrations, APIs, and user access management.
• Excellent English communication and client‑handling abilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Zoho applications and a strong ability to troubleshoot, customize, and deliver seamless client solutions.
