Job summary

DreamFirm seeks a Zoho Books Implementation Expert to independently manage end-to-end projects for clients across industries, driving automation and Zoho ecosystem integrations.

The ideal candidate will configure Zoho Books, perform GST/TDS setups, and lead data migrations from Tally, Excel, Busy, and other platforms with strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Zoho Books for multiple clients
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows and automation
• Excellent client communication and project management

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Zoho Books for clients
• Create and optimize: Chart of Accounts; GST/TDS setups; Approvals systems; Banking workflows; MIS structures
• Migrate data from Tally, Excel, Busy, and other platforms
• Coordinate with developers for custom API integrations as needed
• Support and optimize finance processes across industries
