Job summary

Extension Technologies is seeking an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant to implement and optimize Zoho Books and related Zoho apps for clients' accounting and financial management needs. You will analyze business requirements, configure solutions, train users, and provide ongoing support.

You will collaborate with clients to migrate data, customize Zoho modules, ensure GST compliance, and integrate with CRM and other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. (CA/CPA is a plus.)
• 2+ years of experience in implementing or managing Zoho applications, specifically Zoho Books.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot accounting-related issues within Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge of GST compliance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with the latest features, updates, and Zoho accounting solutions to provide valuable insights to clients continuously.
