Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with progression to Technical Delivery/PM.
• Banking, FinTech, Trade Finance, Working Capital, Payments, or Supply Chain Finance domains experience.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-integration enterprise programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and large-scale budgets.
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Planview, or similar PM tools.

This role offers an opportunity to lead large-scale, multi-country digital transformation programs in the banking, fintech, trade finance, and working capital ecosystems.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in IT, with progression from Java Backend Development to Technical Delivery/Program Management.

Strong experience in Banking, FinTech, Trade Finance, Working Capital, Payments, or Supply Chain Finance domains.

Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
