Job summary

Biplob World in Mumbai is seeking a data-driven, creative YouTube Growth Manager to launch and scale our animated kids' IP. You will own the channel strategy, optimization, metadata, and performance analytics to turn our pre-finished animations into a highly viewed digital brand.

• Visual strategy execution: Conceptualize thumbnails with design team for high CTR and brand consistency.

• Competitor & trend analysis: Monitor top kids channels for trends, formats, and gaps.
• A/B testing & iteration: Run split tests on thumbnails, titles, playlists to improve CTR and AVHd.

We are seeking an data-driven, creative YouTube Growth Manager to launch and scale our newly developed animated kids' IP. Your primary mandate is to take our pre-finished animations, characters, and storylines and strategically position them to dominate the YouTube and YouTube Kids algorithms. You will own the channel strategy, optimization, metadata, and performance analytics to turn our creative assets into a highly viewed digital brand.

• SEO & Metadata optimization: Conduct rigorous keyword research tailored to kids' search behaviors and parental co-viewing patterns. Write highly optimized, compelling titles, descriptions, and tag structures.
• Visual strategy execution: Conceptualize high-CTR, vibrant, and policy-compliant thumbnail concepts. Collaborate directly with our design team to ensure visual branding is click-worthy for young audiences.
• Algorithm & compliance navigation: Stay ahead of the strict COPPA, GDPR-K, and YouTube Kids guidelines. Ensure all content distribution strategy fully adheres to platform rules while maximizing organic reach.
• Competitor & trend analysis: Monitor top-tier kids' animation channels (e.g., Cocomelon, Pinkfong, Bluey clones) to extract formatting trends, audio trends, runtime preferences, and content gaps.
• A/B testing & iteration: Continuously run split tests on thumbnails, titles, and video sequencing (playlists, end screens) to improve CTR and Average View Duration (AVD).
• Analytics & reporting: Convert complex YouTube Analytics data into actionable creative insights for the production team (e.g., pointing out exactly where retention drops so the animators can adjust pacing).
