Job summary

WWF India is seeking a field-focused Fundraising professional to drive donor acquisitions and build lasting relationships with supporters in Delhi and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes brand advocacy and hands-on execution of fundraising strategies in the field.

The candidate will participate in mandatory trainings, learn internal systems, and collaborate with the team leader to maintain a motivated work environment while upholding WWF India's conservation mission.

Responsibilities

• 1. Fundraising & Donor Acquisition: Generate funds for WWF India through individual donor acquisition in the field.
• 2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with donors, guiding and upgrading them up the donor pyramid.
• 3. Brand Advocacy: Educate and inspire people about WWF India's core values, ongoing projects, and critical conservation work using accurate facts to uplift the brand image.
• 4. Training and Execution: Attend all mandatory training sessions, learn internal systems, and successfully implement strategies in the field.
• 5. Team Synergy: Support the Team Leader and Manager in maintaining a positive, highly motivated team environment and preventing workplace conflicts.
• 6. Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks reasonably requested by the organization.
