Job summary

WWF-India is seeking enthusiastic individuals to engage the public and communicate our conservation mission, encouraging donations at outreach locations across the city.

As a fundraiser, you will represent WWF-India at events and public spaces, manage donor interactions and contribute to awareness campaigns. Freshers welcome; strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers welcome; experience in fundraising, field sales, direct sales, customer engagement, business development or similar roles will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with people in public spaces.

• Communicate Conservation Mission: Effectively communicate WWF-India's mission, vision, conservation initiatives, and the importance of supporting conservation efforts to prospective donors.
• Donor Data Management: Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, leads, conversions, and daily fundraising activities.
• Campaign & Event Participation: Actively participate in fundraising campaigns, events, awareness drives, and other donor engagement initiatives.
