Job summary

WWF India seeks a fundraising outreach representative to engage the public at various locations, communicating conservation goals and encouraging donor involvement. You will participate in campaigns, manage donor interactions data, and help drive awareness of WWF-India initiatives.

Freshers are welcome; strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities are essential for successful outreach and public engagement in diverse settings across India.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers welcome; experience in fundraising, field sales, direct sales, customer engagement, business development or similar roles will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with people in public spaces.

• Represent WWF-India at designated public places, events, corporate spaces, residential communities, airports, malls, and other outreach locations.
• Public Engagement & Awareness: Initiate conversations with members of the public and create awareness about WWF-India's conservation programmes, initiatives, and impact.
• Communicate Conservation Mission: Effectively communicate WWF-India's mission, vision, conservation initiatives, and the importance of supporting conservation efforts to prospective donors.
• Donor Data Management: Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, leads, conversions, and daily fundraising activities.
• Campaign & Event Participation: Actively participate in fundraising campaigns, events, awareness drives, and other donor engagement initiatives.
