At Savista Retreat, we offer a sanctuary of tranquility, mindful living, and authentic Rajasthani hospitality. Nestled amidst serene countryside, our eco-friendly boutique retreat invites guests from around the globe to slow down, rejuvenate, and reconnect with themselves.

We are seeking a warm, experienced, and guest-centric Yoga Practitioner to lead our wellness offerings. In this role, you will be the heart of our retreat s mind-body practices, crafting gentle, inclusive, and transformative yoga and meditation sessions tailored to diverse individuals and groups. You will work closely with our hospitality team to deliver an integrated, restorative experience that reflects the tranquil spirit of Savista.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Daily Yoga & Meditation: Conduct morning and evening yoga, pranayama, and guided meditation sessions suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Personalized Wellness Consultations: Offer one-on-one assessments to understand guest needs, tailoring individual sessions or wellness itineraries accordingly.
• Retreat Experience & Ambience: Maintain a serene, welcoming, and pristine environment in the yoga shala and surrounding wellness areas.
• Guest Engagement: Foster warm, respectful connections with international and domestic guests, serving as a compassionate ambassador for holistic health.
• Workshops & Special Sessions: Design and lead periodic workshops on mindfulness, yoga philosophy, stress management, or restorative practices.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with management, kitchen staff (for tailored Ayurvedic/wellness dining options), and spa therapists to provide a cohesive guest journey.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience as a yoga practitioner with the ability to comfortably guide guests at different levels of practice (from beginners to advanced).
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly interact with a diverse, international guest profile.
