Job summary

The Oberoi Vanyavilas, Ranthambore, seeks a Yoga Instructor to lead daily guest yoga sessions, ranging from group classes to personalized programs. You will assess fitness levels and wellness needs to tailor sessions, demonstrate postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation practices, while ensuring safety and a calm, welcoming ambiance.

Collaborating with Spa and Guest Service teams, you will promote wellness offerings, maintain facilities, and stay abreast of current yoga trends

Qualifications

• Certified Yoga Instructor from a recognized Yoga Institution.
• Diploma/Degree in Yoga, Wellness, Physical Education, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor in luxury hospitality is desirable.

• Conduct daily yoga sessions for guests, including group and individual classes.
• Assess guests' fitness levels and wellness requirements to tailor yoga programs accordingly.
• Demonstrate and guide guests through yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation practices.
• Ensure guest safety by providing proper instruction and correcting postures when necessary.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional environment during all sessions.
• Promote wellness programs, yoga classes, and related resort activities.
• Coordinate with the Spa and Guest Service teams to schedule and organize wellness experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of yoga facilities and equipment.
• Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle practices and holistic well-being.
• Stay updated on current yoga, fitness, and wellness trends.
• Ensure compliance with resort standards, hygiene protocols, and safety procedures.
