Job description

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant to join our team and support our real estate clients in US Region (India night shift working). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi Voyager functional modules, real estate business processes, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in the following Yardi Voyager 7s / 8 modules:
• Leasing (Commercial & Residential)
• RentCafe / Commercial Cafe
• Procure to Pay
• Finance
• Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and Revenue
• Facilities Manager / Maintenance IQ
• Collection Manager
• Deal Manager
• Fixed Assets
• Investment Management
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge in Investment Management module
• Create problem statements for repetitive tickets and implement the solution to minimize the tickets
• Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.
• Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.
• Coordinate with Yardi support (Client Central) to resolve open issues and service requests.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.
• Work as per client working hours (US / Canada work time zone)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager.
• Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager's core functional modules.
• Experience in new Yardi modules will be an advantage
• Prior helpdesk support experience in Yardi Voyager modules is highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate financials, leasing, property management, and asset management workflows.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
