• Deliver trainings and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.
• Coordinate with Client Central to resolve issues and service requests.
• Translate client requirements into functional specifications and documentation.
• Occasionally travel to client sites in the Middle East as required.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant to join our team and support our real estate clients in multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi Voyager functional modules, real estate business processes, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise in the following Yardi Voyager 7s modules:
• Leasing (Commercial & Residential)
• Procure to Pay
• Finance
• Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and Revenue
• Facilities Manager
• Collection Manager
• Deal Manager
• Fixed Assets
• Unit Sales
• Lead and participate in Yardi Voyager implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.
• Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.
• Coordinate with Yardi support (Client Central) to resolve open issues and service requests.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Work onsite at client locations across the Middle East (as required).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager.
• Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager's core functional modules.
• Experience in Yardi Elevate modules will be an advantage
• Prior implementation experience in Yardi Voyager modules is highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate financials, leasing, property management, and asset management workflows.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory .
• Possess a valid passport and willingness to travel within the Middle East region.
