Job summary

RHC India is seeking an experienced Yardi Administrator to optimize and manage the Yardi Voyager platform for a multifamily property portfolio. The role covers system administration, data integrity, reporting, and ensuring smooth operation of associated modules to support property management, accounting, and leasing workflows.

The candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience, familiarity with RENTCafé and other modules, and a proven ability to build custom reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience administering Yardi Voyager in a multifamily environment.
• Experience with associated Yardi modules (e.g., RENTCafé, Yardi Procure to Pay, Yardi Screening, CRM/Leasing).
• Strong understanding of property management and accounting workflows (AR/AP, GL, budgeting).
• Experience building and customizing reports within Yardi.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Administrator to manage and optimize our Yardi Voyager platform in support of our multifamily property portfolio. This role is responsible for system administration, data integrity, reporting, and ensuring the platform's associated modules run smoothly to support property management, accounting, and leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for Yardi Voyager, ensuring accurate configuration and ongoing maintenance
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions across the platform
• Maintain data integrity across property, unit, resident, and lease records
• Administer and support associated Yardi modules (e.g., RENTCafé, Yardi Procure to Pay, Payment Processing, Yardi Screening, Affordable Housing/LIHTC if applicable, Ancillary Services, CRM/Leasing)
• Build and maintain custom reports using Yardi Report Writer or similar tools
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Yardi support for escalations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes related to system data
• Assist with new property onboarding/setup and portfolio acquisitions or dispositions within the system
• Train property-level staff on Yardi functionality and best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (fair housing, affordable housing requirements, etc., as applicable)
• Partner with accounting, operations, and leasing teams to streamline workflows within Yardi
• Stay current on Yardi updates, patches, and new module releases

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Yardi Voyager in a multifamily environment
• Demonstrated experience with associated Yardi modules (list specific modules relevant to your portfolio, e.g., RENTCafé, Yardi Procure to Pay, Yardi Screening, CRM/Leasing, Ancillary Services)
• Strong understanding of property management and accounting workflows (AR/AP, GL, budgeting)
• Experience building and customizing reports within Yardi
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Yardi certification(s)
• Experience supporting a multi-property/multi-entity portfolio
• Prior experience in a shared-services, offshore, or centralized operations environment
• Familiarity with affordable housing/LIHTC compliance within Yardi (if applicable to portfolio)
