Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/consulting/TPM experience.
• Hands-on XTEL TPM implementation and development.
• Strong understanding of TPM processes.
• CPG/FMCG domain experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support XTEL TPM implementation, configuration, and development.
• Manage end-to-end trade promotion lifecycle, from planning to post-event analysis.
• Develop and enhance TPM solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
