Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an entry-level OTC professional to support the Global Business Services value stream, handling end-to-end processes from sales to invoicing.

You will work in Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes, or Operations such as Sales Order Management and Invoicing, creating and validating data with attention to detail while communicating with internal clients and teams. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required at entry level.
• A business degree is preferred for advancement in the OTC function.
• Experience in an office environment is beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end OTC processes from sales to invoicing.
• Works in either Pricing/Contracts, Proposals/Quotes, or Sales Order Management/ invoicing.
• Creates, edits, and validates OTC data and documents with accuracy.
• Communicates with team and internal clients; participates in on-the-job training.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and adheres to safety and environmental procedures.

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, supports the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) Global Business Services (GBS) value stream and function which includes end to end business processes for receiving and processing sales to fulfillment and invoicing for goods/services.
• This role will work in Business Development (Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management or Invoicing).
• The incumbent creates, edits, manages and validates OTC internal and customer data and system documents with attention to details, accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicates with team and internal clients. Receives on the job training for OTC processes and systems.
• Takes an active part in the continuous improvement process.
• Promotes and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
• This is an entry level role into the OTC function. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 months of experience working in an office environment are required.
• A business degree and previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred.
