Job summary

HLFPPT is seeking a radiography professional to operate handheld X-ray devices for active TB case finding. You will travel across district blocks to conduct X-ray screening, ensuring correct patient positioning and high-quality images in line with NTEP/WHO guidelines.

The role requires a solid understanding of TB, strict radiation safety, and excellent communication with healthcare teams. You will document NIKSHAY entries and share AI reports with district stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Postgraduate degree, preferably with a diploma in X-Ray Radiography.
• Skilled in operating portable X-ray machines, patient positioning, and capturing high-quality chest X-rays following NTEP/WHO guidelines.
• Adherence to radiation safety protocols and use of protective measures to minimize exposure.
• Basic understanding of TB.
• Strong communication, empathy towards patients, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
