• Experience in desktop engineering, including team leadership in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Strong security‑first mindset within highly governed settings.
• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows endpoint platforms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Windows endpoints, Config Manager, Group Policy, Intune, packaging, and Microsoft security stack.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, with experience in C#, .NET and modern endpoint management.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to manage critical incidents, deliver strategic initiatives, and drive innovation. You will lead local Workspace and Application Engineers to manage and evolve the Windows environment using Entra ID-joined devices and modern endpoint management practices. In doing so, you will ensure a secure, scalable, and seamless end user experience while helping shape the bank’s future technology landscape
