Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a senior Windows End User Computing (EUC) Lead to oversee the Windows environment, lead Workspace and Application Engineers, and drive secure, scalable endpoint management. The role focuses on incident response, strategic initiatives, and improving user experience across Entra ID-joined devices and modern endpoint practices.

Ideal candidates will have deep Windows expertise, leadership experience in regulated environments, and strong scripting with PowerShell,

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop engineering, including team leadership in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Strong security-first mindset with the ability to operate in complex, highly governed settings.
• Advanced troubleshooting expertise across Windows endpoint platforms.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Windows endpoints, Config Manager, Group Policy, Intune, application packaging, and the Microsoft security stack.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, with experience in C#, .NET, and modern endpoint management and cloud integration concepts.

Responsibilities
