Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in facility management or integrated facilities services.
• Experience in managing FM deliverables and client-facing operations.
• Strong ability to develop maintenance calendars and KPI-based improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facility management service deliverables for the client site.
• Measure and improve KPIs through ongoing monitoring and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement the annual Planned Preventive Maintenance program and FM calendar.
