Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) Hyderabad is seeking a Workplace Experience Lead for Integrated Facilities Management with 8-10 years of experience. The role is on-site, leading FM deliverables, performance metrics, preventive maintenance, and client liaison to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will mentor teams, drive compliance, and coordinate short- and long-term projects while developing client-specific processes and annual management plans.

Qualifications

• Manage all aspects of Facility Management Service deliverables.
• Measure / Course Correct, continuously monitor and improve KPI-based performance.
• Develop and Implement the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program and FM Calendar.
• Act as nodal officer for coordinating with Client and stakeholders.
• Single point of management control for facility management services at the client site.
• Develop and implement Feedback mechanism from Client and its employees.
• Interpret FM scope and develop client-specific processes and procedures and ensure implementation and compliance.
• Support the client in short and long-term project management.
• Develop annual management plan and achieve key performance indicators.
• Review and deliver reports monthly/quarterly/annual.
• Manage and mentor direct reports regarding goal setting, performance reviews and incentive/salary administration.
• Manage compliance governance.
• Share and implement best practices at other client sites in concurrence with client approvals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for seamless delivery.
• Lead performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet SLA commitments.
• Develop maintenance calendars and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Prepare periodic reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Workplace Experience Lead Integrated Facilities Management – (region/country) 8-10 Years of Experience.

• Manage all aspects of Facility Management Service deliverables.
• Measure / Course Correct, continuously monitor and improve the Key Performance Indicators based Performance Management.
• Develop and Implement the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program and FM Calendar.
• Act as nodal officer for coordinating with Client and Client’s internal and external stake holders for seamless and high quality service delivery.
• Single point of management control for facility management services in the client site.
• To develop and implement Feedback mechanism from Client and its employees for the Services offered and act upon the resolutions.
• Interpret the Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.
• Support the client in short and long-term project management.
• Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified and mutually agreed upon by FM PARTNER & Client.
• Review and deliver agreed reports like monthly/quarterly/ annual reports for the client.
• Manage and mentor each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.
• Manage compliance governance.
• Share and implement best practices practiced by industry / by FM Partner at other client sites in concurrence with client approvals.
