Job summary

PepsiCo in Hyderabad, India is hiring a Senior Principal / Associate Director, Data Science, AI & Analytics – Predictive Ops and Insights to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI capabilities spanning predictive operations and insights.

You will lead scalable architectures, mentor a global team of data scientists and AI engineers, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and advance technologies like agentic AI, LLMs, MLOps, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, ServiceNow).

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data science and analytics with enterprise AI solutions.
• Expertise in Python and strong cloud experience (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of agentic AI, LLMs, generative AI, and MLOps best practices.
• Proven leadership for global, high-performing technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Expertisein Python programming, with strong experience in Azure and AWS cloud ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape, including agentic AI, LLMs, generative AI, andMLOpsbest practices.

• Demonstrated experience architecting sustainable, end‑to‑end technical solutions for complex, global organizations.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing technical teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations (ITOps) and domainexpertisein IT service management.

• Vendor management experience, including evaluating, onboarding, and collaborating with AI and analytics technology partners.
