Job summary

V Konnect is seeking a high-energy professional in Hyderabad to lead banking product sales and client relationships. You will build a robust branch network, guide branch managers, and ensure smooth implementation of pricing and policies across locations.

You will collaborate with regional teams to identify opportunities, conduct reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction through end-to-end service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support in achievement of business goals and targets by building a strong business network.
• Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide feedback to product teams.
• Manage a team of branch managers to drive client acquisition, deepen relationships and provide banking services.
• Ensure pricing, business process & policies align with org interests.
• Build networks to sell multiple products across locations.
• Share knowledge with regions, clusters, branches and HQ on practices and opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews with team to ensure strategies are executed.
• Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment and training for on-roll and off-roll staff to build high-performing talent.
• Develop branch personnel through training, coaching and guidance.
• Collaborate with other branches and functions to offer products and services to customers.

• Spearhead manpower planning, recruitment and training processes for both on-roll and off-roll employees to ensure high performing talent across levels.
• Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and guidance.
• Collaborate with other branch departments and functions to provide products and service offerings to the customer .
