Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking a Working Capital Relationship Manager to oversee BBG client portfolios with ticket sizes from INR 50 Lakhs to INR 50 Crores. You will acquire new BBG clients and nurture existing relationships while structuring working capital solutions such as CC/OD, LC, BG, and trade finance.

The role requires finance or banking education, strong credit analysis, risk assessment, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 38 years of experience in business banking / working capital.
• Strong understanding of credit, financial statements, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Role Overview: Manage and grow working capital portfolio for Business Banking Group (BBG) clients with ticket size ranging from INR 50 Lakhs to INR 50 Crores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new BBG clients and manage existing relationships.
• Structure and offer working capital solutions including CC/OD, LC, BG, and trade finance.
• Conduct financial analysis, credit appraisal, and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Cross-sell banking products like CASA, forex, and treasury solutions.
• Monitor portfolio health and ensure timely renewals and collections.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 38 years of experience in business banking / working capital.
• Strong understanding of credit, financial statements, and risk assessment.
