Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP seeks a Relationship Manager - Working Capital for Mumbai/Pune. You will manage existing clients and identify new ones, focusing on working capital opportunities and cross-selling banking products.

The role requires 3–4 years in the local market, with MBA/CA and strong communication skills. You’ll work with Branch Banking teams to grow the book and outperform market competition.

Relationship Manager - Working Capital - Mumbai/Pune

• This is an Independent role and the candidate will manage existing clients as well as identify newones in the market with the ticket size of 2cr and above.
  
• Needs to have a good knowledge of the local market with a special focus on the Self-employedcategory. Must have experience in that Geography
  
• To understand clients business & provide appropriate working capital solutions across Fund/non Fund based products like Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers credit, LC, BG etc.
  
• Has to work closely with Branch Banking teams for new customer addition.
  
• To cross sell various products like Current Account/Term Deposits/Transaction Banking/TradeFinance to the primary Relationship & Group companies.
  
• To build relationships with key persons (CFOs/ promoters) in the target segments & build clienttrust & confidence.
  
• Focus to continually increase the book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio of working capital accounts.
  
• To understand client business models, trade related activities, cash flows etc. and identifyopportunities and grow client relationships.
  
• To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments (viz. other banks etc.) & Augmentthe presence and penetration of the Bank's brand in the target market
  
• Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes
  

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• MBA/ CA
  
• Hands on experience of 3-4 years in the local market, preferably some background in Working Capital acquisition & SalesKnowledge is a Must.
  
• Ability to get the customer to buy into the asset proposition- loanamount, rate & fees.
  
• Should have good oral and written Communication skills.
  
• The candidate would need to handle Sales for a gamut of products like TL, OD,CC, Trade, Forex and hence basic product understanding is required.
