Kotak Securities Limited in Karnataka seeks an Operations Team Member to manage Working Capital operations, including CC/OD, BG, LC, and trade finance processes.

Role requires coordination with Business, Credit, Legal, Operations, and customers to ensure timely execution while upholding risk controls and regulatory compliance. Emphasis on MIS reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Working Capital Operations within Banking/NBFCs.
• Strong understanding of trade finance and working capital products.
• Knowledge of documentation, disbursement processes, and operational risk controls.
• Exposure to core banking and workflow systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process and monitor Working Capital products including: CC Overdraft (OD) Bank Guarantees (BG) Letter of Credit (LC) Bills Discounting Supply Chain Finance transactions.
• Verify and process disbursements, renewals, limit setups, enhancements, and closures.
• Perform documentation scrutiny, regulatory checks, and compliance verification.
• Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal, Operations, and customers for smooth transaction execution.
• Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution within defined TATs.
• Handle operational exceptions, reconciliations, and audit observations.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and risk controls.
• Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Prepare operational MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
