Job Summary

Overview As an experienced Workfront Specialist, your main responsibility would be to help us implement, configure, and customize the Workfront project management software based on specific business requirements. This would involve conducting analysis and gathering requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing training and support to end-users. You would also need to have a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in working with large and complex clients is a must as we have a large applications ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Workfront Experience: 5 to 12 years - Should have rich working experience in Project & Portfolio Management domain as a Business Analyst/ Consultant, with a good understanding of Project lifecycle, Project Planning, Resource Management, Estimation & Pricing, Project Forecast & Billing, etc.
• Should have in-depth implementation and rollout knowledge and experience working with Adobe Workfront PPM application.
• Experience in implementation, configuration Workfront Fusion.
• Should have solid experience working with business teams gathering requirements and designing the best-fit IT solutions.
• Must have excellent communication skills and experience interacting with business/client teams across multiple geographies.
• Should have experience working on large Enterprise applications ecosystems and understanding of IT systems landscape.
• Good to have experience working on iPaaS platforms and solid understanding of SaaS platforms and architecture.
• Thorough understanding of API integrations, exhaustive experience working on Rest APIs and enterprise applications development.
• Experience with Workfront object types, Workfront custom fields, Workfront reporting and the Workfront API.
• Good analytical and problem-solving aptitude, good communication skills are a must for this role
• Rich experience working on large and complex IT applications ecosystems involving multiple applications and API integrations.
