Overview

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Consultant with strong expertise in either Workfront Core Administration or Workfront Fusion Development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in at least one of these areas. Expertise in both is good to have, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Option 1: Workfront Core Specialist
  • Configure and administer Workfront (users, groups, roles, permissions, templates, governance).
  • Design and deploy custom workflows, forms, dashboards, and KPI-driven reports.
  • Proficient in Workfront reporting, including complex filters, calculated fields, and real-time dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of Workfront Fusion is preferred.
  • Manage environment stability, compliance, and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Optimize processes and recommend improvements within Workfront Core.
• Option 2: Workfront Fusion Specialist
  • Design, build, and maintain Fusion scenarios.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Workfront and third-party systems.
  • Automate approvals, notifications, and data synchronization processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion integrations.
  • Work with APIs and support enterprise integration requirements.
  • Knowledge of Workfront configuration and administration is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront (Core or Fusion).
• Strong experience in either:
  • Workfront Administration & Configuration OR
  • Fusion Scenario Development & Integrations
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs (preferred for Fusion role).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
