Job summary

DLUX TECH is seeking a Workfront Fusion Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront Fusion to design, develop, and support workflow automation solutions. You will build Fusion scenarios, integrate Workfront with enterprise apps via APIs, and ensure production readiness.

Collaborating with analysts and architects, you will map data, configure OAuth 2.0, handle errors, and participate in deployments and post-release support to ensure reliable, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Strong Fusion scenario development and workflow automation.
• Good understanding of Workfront objects (Projects, Tasks, Issues, Users).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, API authentication, and data mapping.
• Experience with Webhooks, Event Subscriptions, and scheduled automation.
• Experience with Fusion error handling (Resume and Ignore).
• Knowledge of integration patterns and data synchronization.
• Experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios for workflow automation and system integrations.
• Build complex scenarios using Routers, Filters, Iterators, Aggregators, Webhooks, Watch Events, and scheduled triggers.
• Develop integrations between Workfront and external applications using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and custom API calls.
• Configure OAuth 2.0 authentication and troubleshoot API/integration issues.
• Design data mapping and transformation logic between Workfront and downstream/upstream systems.
• Implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, and exception handling within Fusion scenarios.
• Work with CSV/batch processing and Fusion Data Stores for data staging and high-volume processing.
• Support Workfront data migration, synchronization, and resynchronization activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
• Participate in deployment, environment promotion, testing, and production releases.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and workflow/process documentation.
• Provide production support, defect resolution, and post-release/hyper care support.

The role will focus on building Fusion scenarios, integrating Work front with enterprise applications through APIs, implementing workflow automation, and supporting production environments.

• Good understanding of Adobe Workfront objects such as Projects, Tasks, Issues, Users, Assignments, and Custom Forms.
  
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, API authentication, and data mapping.
  
• Experience with Webhooks, Event Subscriptions, Watch Events, and scheduled automation.
  
• Experience with Fusion error handling, including Resume and Ignore strategies.
  
• Good understanding of integration patterns and system-to-system data synchronization.
  
• Experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing and troubleshooting.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Workfront custom forms, business rules, templates, reports, and configuration.
  
• Experience with Workfront data migration and large-volume data processing.
  
• Knowledge of SQL and enterprise integration concepts.
  
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  
• Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar tools.
  
• Adobe Workfront certification is a plus.
