Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to design and deliver AI-augmented integration across Workfront and enterprise systems. The role emphasizes content supply chain integration, data migration, and collaboration with executive stakeholders and technical teams.

You will lead architecture across ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms, driving end-to-end solutions and strategic customer engagement in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks and LLM APIs.
• Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations.
• Proficient in Java, Python, or PHP; JavaScript; SQL.
• Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration.
• Strong communicator with executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, campaign platforms).
• Design and implement AI-augmented workflows replacing rule-based logic with agentic automation.
• Architect Content Supply Chain solutions linking work management to content creation, approval, publishing, and analytics.
• Guide customers through pre- and post-sales, translating complex integration needs into scalable solutions.
• Drive data migration from legacy tools as part of broader engagements.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction.

The opportunity

Work management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and IPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion, or similar)

• Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration
• Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations
• Proficient in Java, Python, or PHP; JavaScript; SQL
• Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration
• Strong communicator comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical teams equally
• Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms
• Design and implement AI-augmented workflows, replacing rule-based logic with intelligent, agentic automation
