Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in India is seeking an experienced integration architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end content and marketing technology integrations across Workfront, ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms.

You will drive AI-augmented workflows, mentor delivery teams, and translate complex client needs into scalable solutions, partnering with executive stakeholders and cross-functional groups to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading end-to-end integration architecture across multiple enterprise systems.
• Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations is preferred.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms.
• Design and implement AI-augmented workflows replacing rule-based logic with intelligent automation.
• Drive data migration from legacy client tools as part of broader implementations.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction.

The opportunity

work management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and IPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion, or similar)

• Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration
• Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations
• Proficient in Java, Python, or PHP; JavaScript; SQL
• Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration
• Strong communicator comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical teams equally
• Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms
• Design and implement AI-augmented workflows, replacing rule-based logic with intelligent, agentic automation
• Architect Content Supply Chain solutions connecting work management platforms to content creation, approval, publishing, and analytics systems
• Guide customers through pre and post-sales, translating complex integration needs into scalable, business-ready solutions
• Drive data migration from legacy client tools and systems as part of broader implementation engagements
• Collaborate with and influence delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction across engagements
