Job summary

VML, part of WPP, is seeking engineers to join its growth-focused teams. You will work across integration, implementation consulting, and AI-driven marketing operations to build scalable solutions.

Collaborate with AI tooling, LangChain, and multiagent orchestration, with emphasis on data migration and enterprise systems. The role offers exposure to leading brands and growth opportunities within a global open ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software development with 8+ years in client-facing integration or implementation consulting or 5+yrs of experience on workfront.
• Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations.
• Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration.
• Good to have: Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multiagent orchestration.
