Workfront Lead / Architect

Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in India is seeking an experienced AI Integration Architect to design and deliver end-to-end integrations across Workfront, ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms.

You will translate complex requirements for executive stakeholders and technical teams, build AI-augmented workflows, and guide customers through pre- and post-sales as part of broader implementation engagements.

Qualifications

• Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration
• Background in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations
• Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration
• Strong communicator comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical teams equally
• Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms
• Design and implement AI-augmented workflows, replacing rule-based logic with intelligent, agentic automation
• Architect Content Supply Chain solutions connecting work management platforms to content creation, approval, publishing, and analytics systems
• Guide customers through pre and post-sales, translating complex integration needs into scalable, business-ready solutions
• Drive data migration from legacy client tools and systems as part of broader implementation engagements
• Collaborate with and influence delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction across engagements
