Alegeus seeks a Workforce Forecasting Analyst to design and optimize forecasting models using Python/R, SQL, and statistical tools in Bangalore. You will lead autonomous data-driven initiatives, present insights to senior leadership, and build a scalable analytics environment with strong documentation for ongoing forecast improvements.

The role focuses on trend analysis, scenario modeling, and cross-functional data validation to support strategic decisions and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in business, finance, call center operations or production management.
• Experience with analytics, time series, and Python/R.
• Proficiency in SQL/MS Access database queries and stored procedure coding a plus.
• BA/BS degree required.

• Abilities: High aptitude for math, data analysis, forward planning, problem solving including a strong understanding and ability to work with the Erlang C formula and an expert-level knowledge of Excel.

• Experience: 1+ years’ experience in business, finance, call center operations or production management. Direct experience with analytics, time series, and / or Python/R. Proficiency in SQL/MS Access database queries and stored procedure coding a plus.

• Education: BA/BS degree required.

• Location : Bangalore.
