Alegeus Technologies India in Bangalore, India seeks a Claims Operations Sr. Associate I to process claims accurately and support daily operations while upholding high quality standards and productivity targets.

You will mentor nesting agents, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and 5-6 years of claims operations experience are preferred, with strong MS Office skills.

Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment, analyze and resolve operational issues, and effectively support and develop teammates.

Experience: 5-6 years of operations experience, preferably within claims operations. Experience assisting with escalations, coaching or supporting team members, and working with performance metrics is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
